We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the requirements above.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
